Sharing stories of the desserts we would make brought back many memories. The cake decorating world has come a long way since our days. With that, our ladies were eager to watch our cake decorator work her magic. Theresa English (while vacationing from Massachusetts) volunteered to come to Juniper Village and demonstrate her decorating skills with us. She shared with everyone what inspired her to take on this new hobby. As she frosted the cake, we learned about all the different types of decorating tools she had. Showing us how each icing tip displayed a certain type of border. Everyone was left breathless with the outcome of the beautiful cake. We are looking forward to her next visit, when we can decorate our own cupcake with the help of Theresa.
